I always choose this place because it’s the closest thing I can get to home-style curry. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely changed my mind. We stopped in for a quick lunch before continuing our day, and the customer service was awful. The server clearly did not want to be there and had a terrible attitude from the beginning. We ordered 3 plates with one side each. When it was my turn, I politely asked for a little more curry broth because she only gave me one very small scoop that barely filled the container halfway. She immediately gave me attitude and said the lid wouldn’t close. I understood and did not argue or ask again, but she still continued aggressively adding more broth and repeating that the lid “wouldn’t close” when I could obviously see that myself. At that point, I honestly lost my appetite and didn’t even want the food anymore, but I still paid and left. After walking away, I noticed she had charged me extra for a refill — and we didn’t even order drinks. Completely unnecessary attitude and very poor customer service. I will NEVER be returning. Just as good as the Chinese spot in the food court, very similar dishes (5 types of sugar chicken) with slightly different flavors. Skip that long line and come here
