What a great experience at Ruby Tuesday in Riverview! Marissa was our server, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and always seemed to appear right when we needed something. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. The food was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The salad bar was one of the best I've seen in a long time—fully stocked, fresh, and well maintained throughout our meal. It's becoming harder and harder to find restaurants that consistently deliver both great food and great service, but this location definitely did. A huge thank you to Marissa and the entire team for making our visit such an enjoyable one. We'll absolutely be back! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hey, I’m just leaving the place and I’m very satisfied with everything. The salad bar was awesome and the mushroom sweet hamburger just amazing, hot food out of the kitchen and natural fried fries what is rare nowadays! Really good experience! My waiter was Marissa. She was The best very polite and made sure that everything was running was running smooth all the time! five stars for the service and food! Unfortunately my experience was really bad. Our table was across trash, extra chairs and to go containers, super unorganized , not the view that you are expecting when you’re about to eat. The menu was broken and the lemonade took 2-3 business days. Service was really slow , even though there was barely any customers. Additionally, upon walking in the restaurant , the entrance looked like a storage room. When I thought it couldn’t get worse.. my kids wanted to go the bathroom , and to my surprise , before walking in , there was a strong urine smell forcing them to have to hold it in and making them go back to the table. I ordered a coke that happened to be more water than anything. Lastly , when I finally received my food .. I couldn’t believe my eyes.. there was HAIR IN MY FOOD.
