We went at lunchtime on Wednesday, I ordered the 5 Cheese cheese steak and my husband ordered the triple smash burger and we both added the salad bar. My sandwich was greasy they used red onions on the sandwich,the patties for the smash burger was half the size of the bun.The lettuce on the salad bar was brown,none of the dressings were marked so you have to play the guessing game. The waiter told me the price of my drink was 6.00 I got my receipt each one was 9.00. The quality of food is horrible. Meal type: Lunch

The food was awful. They were not busy, only 2 other tables besides our 3 top. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. Here is what we got. Coconut Shrimp came out with all 6 of them burnt. Baked potato not completely cooked. Vegetarian noodle bowl was super sweet and the noodles were not completely cooked. Cheeseburger with grilled zucchini instead of fries, the cheeseburger was dry and the zucchini was inedible due to the extreme saltiness. We sent the shrimp back and it was replaced. We sent the noodle bowl back and requested it be removed from the bill. It was about the only thing for a vegetarian except for the salad bar. I usually give grace when something from the kitchen isn’t just right but in this case everything that we ordered was terrible. Our waitress was good, no complaints there. However I foresee her tips being affected even though it isn’t her fault. We will not be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I had such an incredible experience the last time I was at Ruby Tuesdays. My server Ashlee was so friendly and had the best energy. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. I will definitely be back and ask for Ashlee! She made us feel like we were family and it showed in her care and enthusiasm! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
