A long established restaurant located inside the Radisson Hotel, offering authentic Chinese cuisine in a traditional setting. The interior is decorated with red lanterns, and the staff wear red uniforms, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel as though you have stepped into China. Ms. Nawchai, Mr. Red, and Mr. Arnold provided attentive and friendly service throughout our visit, frequently checking on our table to ensure everything was enjoyable. For the appetizer, we tried the dim sum, which was filled with juicy vegetables and packed with flavor. The stir fried chicken was served in a sweet pineapple-based sauce that complemented the dish well. The mapo tofu was quite spicy, but the tofu itself was fresh and delicious. For dessert, the fried banana paired perfectly with ice cream and made for a satisfying end to the meal. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the overall dining experience offers excellent value. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Chinese food in Doha. Upscale Chinese restaurant. Don't expect your average Mom and Pop Chinese meals, with their assortment of fried rice dishes, egg drop soup, etc. Ruby Wu's has a wide selection of seafood dishes.
