Ordered a chicken tikka curry for £7.95, after a hour What turned up was a small box of very dry tandoori chicken. Rang the shop and was told we had ordered wrong and had only ordered the chicken tikka starter. (That cost £4.50) Shop refused to bring a new one. Was very rude when we tried to explain that there was no sauce on the chicken and we’d paid £7.95. Only offered to bring a sauce back to us. So would have ended up having very very dry old chicken tandoori pieces in a tikka sauce. Told them not to bother as wouldn’t be eating it and got a refund on just eat! Rest of the food was sent correctly however the chips were also stale and dry too. Pictures below for proof. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sorry teddy u ordered chicken tikka that is a dry dish. If u wanted it with sauce u should order tikka masala. regards ruchi

Ordered two meals, lamb madras and chicken tikka masala meals. I've never seen so little actual meat in a portion from anywhere, ever, in both meals. The sauce was actually very nice....but that's practically all it was. At lest 90% of each tub was just sauce and the bits of meat were tiny pieces, like they'd run out or were just using the last dregs. Ordered here before without this issue but won't be using Ruchi again, sadly :( Response to the shops review response that I should've called them and they'd have fixed it.....I shouldn't have to! Sorry john if u thought there wasn't enough meat in your dish. You should have called the shop and we would have sorted for u. Regards ruchi
