We were very pleasantly surprised to find this place in Ruidoso. This was seriously the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had, and the yakisoba and ramen were top-notch as well. It appears to be a one-man operation, so it can take a little while to get your food, but the service is great, and the wait is well worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hands Down, amazing sushi and Orange chicken…best we have ever tried. So friendly, our waiter was so nice and attentive. We have been coming to Ruidoso Sushi for several years now, and not once have we been disappointed…my husband always orders a roll, then he asks Liam to ‘surprise’ him with something he thinks he will like and he is NEVER disappointed. Smoked salmon Sushi, Arizona Roll and the best orange chicken we’re on our dinner menu tonight! We love this place! He also surprised us with an eel, portobello mushroom deep fried appetizer!!!

A small 8-table restaurant tucked into a corner of a small shopping plaza in Midtown Ruidoso. Relatively unimpressive UNTIL one tries the food. The sashimi and sushi were both excellent and the fish very fresh. One of the best sushi restaurants that I have tried from coast to coast. We will be eating at this establishment every time we come to Ruidoso. I would have given a solid 5 star review except that the sashimi pies were smaller than what most sushi restaurants serve. But the food was EXCELLENT!
