Jill, are serious??? You just embarrassed yourself. A. The only lack of communication is your recount of the evening to which you called the restaurant at 11PM and spoke to me. I thought we resolved your invalid complaints to which I offered you the $3.00 up charge for the homemade vodka sauce which you kept stating was not vodka sauce. It is our number one seller of sauces. Perhaps you are accustomed to Chef Boyardee in the jar. B. I seated you myself on the patio. You told me who you were and we did in fact give you menus. C. Our kitchen was not backed .. We cook every entree to order. Perhaps you’re just accustomed to fast food … we are not Mickey D’s. All our food is cooked to order. D. My son Russell Preno III is a 4th generation chef at our 103 year old family owned and operated restaurant. I would have suggested you read all the 5 star reviews before you decided to post this asinine 1 star review. Janet, I will be happy to send you a check for the $3 up charge. At the end of the day.
