When you come to Greece please forget about your diet. Food in Greece is amazing. First day it was a steak. Stunningly juicy with a side dish of eggplant and zucchini, cooked on the grill. The taste of full meat juice takes you to distant beautiful distances, and the delicate taste of vegetables lovingly brings you back. And so you are rocking until you finish the meal. There is nothing to write about Greek salad. It is truly GREECE. And this means fresh cucumbers, fragrant and juicy tomatoes, plus delicious salty Greek white cheese. Perfectly! The next day. I lost touch with reality again in the process of eating a burger with gorgonzola, 2 hours of waiting was justified by the pleasure of the French onion soup promised the day before and received by me. It would be better, of course, to wait for 4-5 hours so that the soup is getting full and infused. But everything was fine as it was. Many thanks to the chef for the pleasure of eating and very friendly attitude to the guests of the restaurant. By the way, there is a nice bar with excellent cocktails at the top of the restaurant. Он истинно ГРЕЧЕСКИЙ. А это значит свежие огурцы, ароматные и сочные помидоры, плюс вкусный солоноватый греческий белый сыр. Прекрасно! На следующий день. Я снова потеряла связь с реальностью в процессе поедания бургера с горгонзолой 2 часа ожидания было оправдано удовольствием от обещанного накануне и полученного обожаемого мной французского лукового супа. Лучше бы конечно подождать часа 4-5. Но и так все было прекрасно. Огромное спасибо шефу за удовольствие от еды и очень дружеского отношения к гостям ресторана. Кстати, наверху ресторана хороший бар с отличными коктейлями. Рекомендую.

Excellent cuisine, by the beach, truly italian. Pasta, pizza, starters all delicious, with the sea breeze adding to the amazing atmosphere. Impeccable service, although it was full. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have just finished our meal here and are sitting with two Espresso Martinis which, like everything we have been delightfully served this evening, are fantastic. My partner was craving Carbonara after having sampled the more traditional Greek fare Kos has had to offer this past week, so we came to Rustico, a beachfront restaurant tucked between two busier bars. Oh my goodness what a good choice this was!! Not only did my other half have the most delicious carbonara, I opted for the Sea Bass dish with Parmesan crumb. The waiter suggested I should go and speak to the chef to discover the catches of the day, and I was shown the very fish that would be prepared for me. Everything is so relaxed and easy, friendly but expertly-prepared here. The fish, when it came, had been filleted and freshly-crumbed, and the presentation was exquisite! I have never eaten a dish in Kos like it (or at home, for that matter!). Waiting staff were attentive but respectful, friendly and “on it” - the whole experience from start to finish was relaxed but sophisticated. Also, I had the best crème brûlée of my life. Please go to the trouble of looking out this restaurant and ENJOY!! You can thank me for the tip later. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30
