We ate there for dinner based on The menu. It is attached to the hotel we were staying at and it was convenient for us. It was around 6:00 p.m. There were three other tables in the restaurant occupied. The waiter did a drive-by and tossed the menus on our table, he did not greet us and kept moving. He eventually came back and took our drink order. For dinner, I ordered the 8 oz sirloin steak. According to the menu all entrees come with soup and salad bar. When I ordered, the waiter, who for some reason was standing behind me and to the right to take my order, at about 5 ft away, told me that they no longer offered the salad bar. I then asked for just a side salad. I was then told that they served no salads whatsoever anymore. I ordered my steak medium, it came slightly underdone, but edible. French fries that came with my steak were good. Prices were reasonable, as the steak was $23.00, which would be a great deal if you got the soup and salad bar with it. As it was I would say it's reasonably priced. Considering that the major feature that prompted us to eat here was the soup and salad bar, I have a hard time recommending this place. They need to update their menus and their advertising. Or perhaps open up the soup and salad bar again. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options

I found it on Google Maps so I had no idea that you had to go inside the hotel in order to get to the place. When I found out how to get in there and I went I was so glad that I did. I'm 56 years old and been a truck driver for the last 28 years. I've had chicken fried steak all over this country, but never have I had one with the taste and quality of this one. This Texas size chicken fried steak was actually Texas sized and had the best flavor of any I have ever had in my life. There was no knife needed stick the fork in it and pull it out and you had a perfectly mouth sized piece that was absolutely delicious. For all used chicken fried steak lovers out there, if you have not had this one, you have not had the best. Thank you Rustlers, for the most affordable and best meal I have had in quite some time Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
