Worst experience EVER!!! I called around 1pm to get prices and called back 45mins several times to place an order with no answer!! Finally sent a text around 2:45pm that I'm trying to place an order. Received a call immediately from a young lady who apologized for not answering but took my order, and told me she would text me when they were on their way. Around 430pm I received a text that they were 45mins away. At 5:30pm I received another text apologizing for the delay and that I was not forgotten and they will be here soon. Then around 6:15pm here's the final text I received. "Apologize males were huge and wasnt enough in then we thought. We apologize about that but will have more crabs tomorrow." REALLY???? For my inconvenience all I got was an apology!! Unacceptable! Poor customer service and poor business management! I live in Ladson so I guess I was last on the list!! SMDH!! This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
