We recently visited a local food truck and tried their Monster Platter Grills, and the experience was genuinely satisfying—especially for anyone who enjoys Indian and Pakistani–style barbecue. The platter was impressively loaded. It came with lamb kebabs, chicken kebab, chicken tikka, hariyali chicken tikka, malai chicken, chicken-stuffed bread, lamb chops (six pieces), potato fries, grilled vegetables, and a fresh house salad. On top of that, they generously served rice and momo on the house, which was a pleasant surprise. The flavors leaned strongly toward Indian and Pakistani grill style, with bold spices and well-marinated meats. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. If you enjoy the distinctive taste of Indian or Pakistani grills—or want to try a big, flavorful assortment—this food truck’s Monster Platter is definitely worth checking out. I visited Bahrain from the UK and found this spot. Highly recommend. Fresh BBQ grilled chicken, meat, and fish next to the seafront/corniche. Very clean and very tasty. On top of that, excellent service from the team especially Hasnain. He took good care of us and made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable. With all the buzz and good reviews my wife introduced me to Salud, but the experience was horrible for me. We ordered Fish pakoras, malai kebab and chicken schezwan noodles. All of the food tasted sour and hot not well presented. Over hyped restaurant. Hygiene not up to the mark. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: BHD 5–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We’re truly sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations, especially when your wife kindly introduced you to Salud with such excitement. Regarding the flavor, sour is indeed a unique taste, but if the sourness was extreme, that’s definitely a concern we want to address. For certain dishes, we should have asked your preference for adding lemon, and we’ll ensure this is handled better in the future. As for the presentation of the food, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. If you could kindly share sample pictures of the dishes, we would be happy to look into the matter and make the necessary improvements.
