This is my very first google review and i just couldn’t let it go and not say anything. I’ve been a long time customer and i’ve been here and have doordashed a few orders from here as well. I had such a bad experience with this restaurant today. My dasher went to pick my order up today and the lady at the front was extremely rude. She had said I had already came to pick up my order? Which is not correct because it wasn’t a pick up order, it was a delivery order and i’ve been at home? And when my dasher had given her phone to the lady so I could talk to her, she was not having it. I was being respectful and so was the dasher. I get mistakes happen and she might have given my order to the wrong person by accident but she was not trying to make it right. Instead she decided to argue, give the dasher and i a hard time, and told us to contact DoorDash. Such a disappointing experience.
