You know it pretty bad when just about every time I go to sonic anymore they don't get my order right And then I normally just let it go but not today when I'm talked down to by my waitress lol and I just dropped my order back off to the driver widow Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My son and I went to the Sonic restaurant on Louisville Road here n Frankfort Ky we placed our order off of the $1.99 menu 3 jt bacon cheeseburgers and 1 chessy Baja tender wrap when the young lady bought out food out we look at out burgers and there was no “BACON” on them!! They were cold also!!! So when the young lady bought my change back my son was telling her what happened and she said that she can put my name down but they were “real “busy so that was telling me that I was not going to get 3 fresh hot jr bacon cheeseburgers today !!!She asked my son for the name and he gave my name and she said ok Did not write my name down or take any other information!! So u have called 3 times and no 1 picked up the phone!! We got poor customer service today!!!And I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT !! Tiania Wiley Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

Not one customer at Sonic. They are open but make you sit there and wait a good 5 to 10 minutes before they even bother taking your order. The girl working is constantly on her phone. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
