It took them 19 minutes to bring out a large drink and 3 cups of ice at 6:30pm on a Monday. Consistently the slowest sonic I have ever been to. Usually takes over 10 minutes for a drink let alone adding food. There is no difference whether it’s 2pm or 7pm. Service is horrendous here

I just left this Sonic and they got my food wrong. I understand mistakes happen so I'm usually patient when things like this go wrong. But I insisted that the lady heard me when I said only cheese and ketchup on my burger she said I got you. Well to my surprise I get home and guess what everything is on the burger. Not only that I live around 7 miles from the location so I was going to wait to come back to get it replaced but whoever answered the phone was not that courteous and insisted that I have a receipt which I wasn't given its usually supposed to be on the bag this time and the last few times it hasn't but to insist that I'm lying is not how your supposed to treat customers. I quit going to every other sonics because of service and this will be my last for a while until whoever she is is gone because the rest eventually closed and at this location there's a high turnover rate. Also this manager is very unprofessional. Also Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm not sure what's wrong with this person but the last 2 times I've came to grab a milkshake later in the evening so around 8pm-ish. She is very rude when taking my order and when I get to the window. The first time it happened I just thought "you know shes's just having a bad day, it happens but doesn't mean be rude" so I let it go not a big deal everybody has bad days. the first time she was rude because there was a mix up with one of my food items and I was about to pay and I was just making sure I got the right item because the person when reading my order back said something different so when I got to the window I wanted to make sure I got what I wanted not a big deal so when I got to the window she just said my total and asked her for the right item she got pissy and shut the window without saying anything to me. All I needed was "yeah I'm sorry about that let me fix that for you" instead she was just rude and she snatched the bag and fixed it for me and was still very rude and I got my stuff and she didn't say anything else just let me pay and gave me my food and closed the window and I left I was kinda upset that she reacted that way but I just assumed she had a bad day whatever I dropped it. I went again last night to grab me and my boyfriend milkshakes and she was taking my order was very rude when I got to the window and again she just said my total not a "hey you're total is gonna be "blah blah" or a "hello" just shoved it in my face and closed the window. a couple minutes later a different person handed me my first milkshake and I was just waiting on my second one. I was waiting and she opened the window and just stared at me didn't ask me anything. so we were kinda just staring at each other til it hit me she is wondering why I'm still sitting here so I told her I was waiting on my last milkshake. she didn't say anything just closed the window and left and I told my boyfriend that it was the same girl that had been rude beforehand and I was kinda pissed. She finally gave us our last milkshake and told us to have a good night and she probably only said that because I said I was gonna write a review about this because I was upset about how rude she is and she was like standing outside the door where the drive thru is. it seemed like they were getting in trouble because the manager was kinda yelling. not loud but you could tell the manager wasn't happy about something and they were all deep cleaning so they probably failed a health inspection or something like that and she was like cleaning right outside the drive thru door. I work in a fast food place I understand that sometimes it can be a lot but I'm never rude to customers just because I feel like it. I always greet them with a simple "hello" and smile and I know that it may be stupid and you constantly have to fake it but that is apart of your job when it comes to dealing with the public but no one wants to be greeted with something rude. I was reading through some of these reviews and I'm not the only one that has experienced this Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
