I would never eat here again. I literally waited for over 45 minutes for my food. There was zero employees in there outside of the manager, and after the lobby was full of people trying to figure out why we can’t get our food or what’s going on with our orders? We just get shrugged off and then I asked if I could have my food made fresh because of the wait and them being so behind I got told no and they still messed up my entire order we are in 2026. There is no reason for a fast food restaurant to act and management to behave the way they did. It’s disgusting hands-down the worst place don’t ever go here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ive been going to this sonic since Ive moved here in 2021, the food is good and the workers (here recently) are caring, patient, friendly.. only when they’re not. Now I can say from witnessing first hand that it isn’t their fault when getting mad or frustrated. I cant tell you how many times Ive come inside for a quick bite and I see 3 people standing around while they have one guy running around frantically trying to get everything on his screens cleared off, BY HIMSELF. Why as a manager or owner do you have a kid running YOUR store. Why is your staff standing around talking instead of helping, and why are you getting mad at the kids for not being faster or more efficient? This has BEEN an on going issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Not even a 1 star. This is how my night went ... 3/16/17 att 12:03am I pulled up to Sonic Drive-In in Nicholasville and the speaker was broke and said to pull up to the window on the note . Whatever , i did. I waited 20 MINUTES and never even got to order . There was a lady and a young guy working . She saw me sitting in my car at the window , looked at me and started laughing while looking away , im guessing she was saying something to her coworker . Time goes by and the other worker walked by the window with his back towards me. I finally see the lady mopping and opened the window myself . Which is in a video below . And I asked if they were open (obviously they were, the open sign was on , all the lights were on , its 12:20 at this point and they advertise they stay open until 1am. She clearly acknowledged the fact i was there for the second time , ignored me again and started mopping again. I drove off , so did the car behind me . I go to Tacobell across the street , ordered , got my food and great service in 3 minutes . In other words , Sonic lost me . Thats just lazy , trying to get out of work early i get , but you got customers and money waiting half an hour just to order and get ignored . Btw , while i was at Taco bell i watched sonic across the street , 2 cars pulled up to the window and then left like i did . Smh ...... i copied and pasted , photos and videos is on my page .
