Lovely little cafe which has recently opened. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Tatsuya san. I was able to have a chat in English and he gave me some great recommendations for local ski resorts. I had tiramisu which was delicious and a great coffee. I even left with a takeout Matcha latte, I couldn’t resist. I highly recommend Stand. Perhaps consider stopping here on your way to Echigo-Yuzawa for a bite to eat. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
