I really hate leaving bad reviews and i rarely do it BUT ...They are currently under new ownership now and I don't know if they got rid of all the old employees or what but ever since they went under new ownership I have had nothing but issues. The service was exceptional before but that has changed. In the past 2 weeks I have been there five times and four out of those times the order was not ready (I order on the app) when I arrived despite the fact that I arrived 10 to 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, three of those four times the order was incorrect. BUT staff was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Price per person: $1–10

It was June 22 about 7:00 pm. We ordered online like we usually do. Went in to grab our food, I said hello and thank you like I do every time. She ignored me but I can look past that. Got home to find out all 3 sandwiches were on the wrong bread and 3 different kinds of bread we didn't order and none of them were toasted and were very sloppy. Our receipt was correct though. I called and asked if they were out of the one bread we wanted and she said yes but told us she was too busy to call. Mind you, the whole place was empty and she was just standing around. She took it upon herself to choose whatever bread she wanted. We said that we were coming back in so she could remake our sandwiches on different bread of our choosing that they weren't sold out of. She asked what other kind we wanted and when we asked, she said they only have flatbread. Ok so why weren't we called so we could go to a different Subway and get our sandwiches or call us and apologize and ask if we wanted a different bread? She was rude and unapologetic. I doubt we'll be ordering from here anytime in the near future. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Worst customer service experience in a long time. The employee walked away in middle of order because he couldn't find his co worker . Here to find out the kid was cleaning the bathroom. I stopped in around 8:30 Tuesday night . He was also complaining every time a customer came in .
Any other time I stop in the customer service is amazing and the food.is great.
