Here’s a more polished and well-written version while still keeping your feelings and experience clear and genuine: So, I ordered a Meatball Marinara sandwich and wanted to add eggs to it. When I asked for the eggs, the lady serving me made a disgusted face and said, “Eggs?!” in a rude tone, like there was something wrong with my order. I honestly didn’t understand the problem. Subway’s whole slogan is basically “your sub, your way,” so why should I feel judged for ordering what I like? That reaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, like I wasn’t allowed to order my food the way I wanted. I’m a regular customer there, and I’ve noticed that whenever this particular lady is working, I feel unwelcome. I’m not sure if it’s because of my skin color, my accent, or something else, but the attitude always feels different toward me. Normally, I either eat there peacefully or take my food and leave, and I’ve never complained before until this experience. After that, she toasted my sandwich, but it took much longer than usual. I noticed because, as I said, I go there often. When the sandwich came out, both the bread and the meatballs were burned. Even the looked burnt, and it was very obvious. When I complained about it, they kept denying that it wasn't burned, even though I could clearly see. I’ve ordered from this Subway many times before, and my bread has never come out like that. Subway is honestly one of my favorite places to eat, and I usually enjoy the food and the experience. But this time, I genuinely felt disrespected and unwelcome. I understand that people can have bad days, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers poorly. I just wanted to enjoy my sandwich in peace. Is that really too much to ask? If this is how customers are going to be treated, then I honestly don’t think it’s worth spending my money there just to feel disrespected. When we went we had a coupon the native lady wast abruptly rude and immediately, saw we had a coupon. You could hear he huff like she was upset, but we still tried to get out order then she looked over at Taylor and said" i really hate coupons, Im mad management even still has them" Taylor replied "it Don't matter to me, I won't be here much longer anyway" Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This apparently is $9.00 worth of salad. I ordered a mix of spinach and lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese and tuna. The tomatoes are weak and look like the edges have been frozen, there's barely any lettuce and no onions. I ordered the same salad a few days ago from the Casselton Subway and it was amazing. I will not be returning to the University Drive Subway location. Update: it ended up being inedible. I ate the tuna and a few pieces of spinach. The green peppers were mushy and the lettuce at the bottom was mostly translucent from being too cold. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
