Placed online order at 1pm for 2pm pickup on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 1:55. Just one employee waiting on 2 customers. He indicates he has my order and will get to it shortly. Not a big deal. What was a big deal were the 3 new customers who entered, whose orders he took, made, and had them out of the store, while I patiently sat waiting. I finally had order in hand at 2:25. What's the point of online ordering if you're not going to honor the pickup time. It's like he's daring me to leave a mediocre review. Well, here it is. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Tried to use the BOGO foot long for another $1 but Subway will only honor that promotion through the app. I can't get the app to work with this location. I've tried multiple times to get the app to work for the past couple of months. I give up at this point. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
