TLDR: Good food, bad service, and an "okay" atmosphere. Review for Subway Food: The food gets 5 stars for consistency. It’s exactly what you’d expect from Subway—meeting the standard every time. If you’re here for the sandwiches and nothing else, this location delivers. Service: Unfortunately, the service is lacking. The staff seem uninterested and unprofessional, often acting like they don’t want to be there. I understand that Subway might not be anyone’s dream job, but at least leave those attitudes in the back. At the counter, professionalism matters. They sometimes wear AirPods, making it seem like they can’t hear you, which is frustrating. On one visit, I overheard three employees discussing inappropriate topics like clubbing and explicit relationships—right at the counter with customers present. Conversations like that should stay in the breakroom, not in front of patrons. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is mediocre. Some of the seating is missing tables or has other issues, and I’ve yet to find a truly clean table here. Despite long stretches without customers, the staff are often on their phones instead of cleaning the dining area. The Subway is part of a truck stop, so foot traffic is heavy, and the lack of a separate gas station bathroom means people frequently walk through the restaurant to use the restroom, adding to the chaos. Summary: The food meets Subway’s standard, so if you don’t care much about service or atmosphere, it’s worth stopping in for a quick bite.
