This time I ordered the Sabane Ramen Kotteri. I have eaten ramen from various famous shops in the Kanto region, The soup is rich and reminiscent of Tenkaippin and Mammoth. The taste is delicious with a soup that draws out the umami of mackerel, The noodles are thick and chewy that match the strength of the soup and go great with the soup! As for the ingredients, the thick bamboo shoots have just the right amount of texture, Ajitama does not interfere with the flavor of the soup and is delicious as usual. The main mackerel is well deboned, The synergistic effect of mackerel fat and soup makes the ramen even more attractive If you want to enjoy the taste of mackerel to the fullest, you should definitely order the ramen with half a mackerel If you live in Nagano, please go and think that you have been deceived. lol
