I don’t know who the manager is for this store, but they are incredibly inept at scheduling cashiers. This is the third time I have shopped at this store and have consistently waited in excess of 20 minutes in line to check out. It’s astounding that on a weekend day that there is only ONE cashier to get people checked out!!!!!! I was 15th in line today and it took all the patience I had to stay in line and wait to buy my groceries. Why I stayed is a mystery to even me. Nob Hill always has adequate personnel. Why doesn’t Safeway? As I was waiting in line I called your customer service lineneedless to say no one answered. After todayI have had enough and realize that you just don’t care. Customer Care is non-existent at this store.

Sandwich Deli tends to service at the convenience of employees, regardless of open hours posted online. It’s fine if they have their own store rules (might be a short staff issue) but there’s been several times when there’s a line waiting to order with no kind of acknowledgement or status to be helped. Several times I’ve had to ask for help and that’s when they say sandwich is out of service. Staff see’s youthey are “available” (not helping customers) why waste peoples time hoping they’ll go away on their own. Please put up a sign if close.
