This was our first time coming to this restaurant. We had a 530 reservation. Got seated super fast. It was freezing. Thry had a heater when you first walked in. We ordered our drinks and food together. Never got our drinks!!!!!!!!!!! We were there for over an hour and a half. Our food came out cold. Still no drinks. The food was super bland. The dad couldn't even eat his meal. They charged us 20% tip because we had 6 people eating. We didnt have appetizers or anything extra. The waitress tells us she won't charge us for the drinks. Hahahaha.... It was soooo expensive!!!! Would not recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Sad to hear. As you saw when you came in we were SUPPER packed with only one server and one bartender tender. Our owner/executive chef is currently stranded in the Middle East due to the war and the team was doing their best to hold down the fort with staff out sick and a VERY busy restaurant and bar. We hope you will give us the opportunity to show our best flavors and service. Cheers!

Saffron is always taking Butte to the next level. Weekly specials are truly special. (Recent photo added) And regular menu items are delicious. The curry used is so lovely and complex. The meats are thoroughly cooked but not overly; unless you specifically ask for a steak to be cooked at the long- or short-end of the spectrum. Despite the quality of food, Service, and atmosphere, Saffron is not pretentious--very personal. This my go-to place when I need a treat or when someone special comes to town. Check it out if you can--especially if you like a variety of ethic foods! LOVE IT! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Check out the cocktails at the bar. The Bar is also a great place to dine if you're traveling alone!

We always look forward to seeing what shirt and blazer you might be sporting; and love seeing you pull up on your scooter during the summer! We also look forward to the fun tales and adventures you share with us during your visits! On a note about the handicap accessibly- we do offer our full menu to guest, at The Wine Cellar, who aren’t able make the trip down the stairs to dine with us at saffron.

Had been eyeing this restaurant for a while and was so excited to try it. Drove in from Philipsburg - eating out is a luxury when we have 3 options in our small town. I didn't have a reservation, the host asked to seat me at the bar, which is fine, I get it I was by myself. The bartender did not know much about the menu, didn't tell me about the specials, barely even spoke to me. Other regulars came into the bar after me and they quickly earned all the attention of the bartender and another employee. No one asked me how my food was - I had the chicken curry and it wasn't great. There were maybe 4 pieces of chicken in the dish, which is ridiculous for $29. The flavor profile was not curry in my opinion. Overall just a bad experience which is such a shame that I drove 2 hours round trip for a bad, overpriced meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
