How dare we not put up with your games of entitlement? You came in and asked if you could bring in your service dog and we obliged. You proceeded to be disrespectful and let your non service animal run rampant. According to the law a service animal should always be in the care and control of its handler. We know what questions we can ask and that we have rights as a business to ask them. We support the legitimate use of service animals and you took advantage of that. Your friend who was recording told us Jenny is not an actual service animal on his way out anyway. We approached you for the safety of your dog and our guests. We told you to, "please keep your service animal by you." You would not listen to anything we said because you clearly had been drinking excessively elsewhere. Your behavior was and is still childish. Regardless, We tried to speak to you with patience and kindness and you did not care. You even hit on the one of the owners thinking this would let you get away with letting your PET inside... and for no other reason than to cause problems for your own amusement. Thank you for posting footage of us asking you to please keep your scared "service" animal by you. We also have our own footage and audio of your negligence and endangerment to your pet. We also have footage of Jenny jumping on said owner and biting her hand twice. We have it all. Audio and footage of your friend saying "He Lied. She's not a service dog. I'm sorry." We are sorry that poor, Jenny, probably just wants to go home and be a dog, but she's stuck in a truck while you and your buddy bar hop. We will be contacting Branson PD and presenting our information, footage and witnesses. We will not be harassed, even if you are presenting it in a sugar coat. Your disservice to others who actually require help with their disabilities will not be tolerated. We will not be pressing charges against Jenny gnawing on the owners hand, but you are being legally trespassed. If you come in, you will be arrested. We hope you take better care of Jenny and stop endangering your pet. Best wishes to Jenny. More
