My first visit to salata and I got 2 small salads as I was eating I came across the core of two heads of lettuce don't know if this is your practice of putting the core in your salad mix if so not a good idea I want salad to eat not the cores Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Went in to pick up a DoorDash order from this establishment that hires RUDE employees. The short black gentleman who I assume didn’t make my order because he’s racist and seen white skin on me said he would make the order after checking out the two people who’s orders he made instead of helping me. The order should have already been made and ready to pickup but no. He then proceeded to help tons of other customers while pretending I didn’t exist every time I asked for the order to be made. Rude employees who definitely don’t care about the job, wouldn’t eat here even if I was paid, food looked overpriced and trash as well. Can’t reach any of the locations or corporates phone number, this chain is clearly not doing too well if they don’t even have working phones. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy paying $30 for two small salads that aren’t even appealing. Employee laughed when asked if I don’t count as a customer and to make my order as he proceeded to help someone who showed up 10-15 minutes after me, he does not know the slightest bit of good customer service and needs to be fired immediately. I can tell this place is rated poorly for a reason and he’s probably a majority of that reason. Not only that but my completion rate on DoorDash took a hit because my worry free unassign button disappeared and I had to waste even more time on the phone with support. Thanks for wasting my money, time, and my customers time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I go to Salata in Rosenberg my stomach hurts. I've tried other locations and don't have that problem. I really hope sanitation is taking place but other than that the employees have been friendly, just have to tell them to pour another scoop of protein or dressing cause they get shy with the quantity Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
