Known for their legendary fried chicken and signature Sassy Sauce, I went a different route this time—and I was not disappointed. --- What I Got: I had the Cheeseburger Garbage Plate, and let me tell you—this thing was stacked! Juicy cheeseburgers over a bed of home fries and mac salad, drenched in Sal’s signature Sassy Sauce. The plate was hot, saucy, and hit all the right spots. It’s messy, it’s heavy, and it’s fire. --- Pros: The Sassy Sauce is next level. Sweet, spicy, and bold—it tied the whole plate together. The cheeseburgers were juicy with melted cheese and great flavor. Not dry at all. Portions are huge. You might need a nap after. Everything was hot and fresh. Fast, no-frills service. They keep it moving even when it’s packed. Local vibe. This place screams Rochester. --- Cons: Super greasy and messy, but that’s part of the Garbage Plate experience. Limited dine-in space—best to take it home or eat in your car.
