We ordered the mango matcha flavored cake for my daughter's birthday. The flavor was just amazingly perfect and not too sweet. I ordered the cake online without any problems and picked up easily on the requested date. Only con is that they are on the expensive side. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Recently ordered their Black Tea Opera cake for my wife's birthday. Upon arriving at the store they were quite disorganized and had my order under Sally (my name is James). Thought that was bizarre but didn't think too much of it as I was strapped for time. They also didn't do the typical courteous service of showing you the cake prior to handing it over which is standard at most bakeries like Thomas Haas. Went to surprise dinner for wife and friends and when the waiter brought out the cake...lo and behold they spelled my wife's name wrong. Instead of "Chloe" they wrote "Happy Birthday Chole". At first I thought it was my mistake and I had written it wrong online, but after reviewing, it clearly says "Chloe". For $70 a cake (ain't cheap!) you'd think they'd show a little more attention to detail. Or at least double check the request when reviewing their work, I don't think I've ever met someone named Chole... Cake was delicious though, so come here if there's nothing on the line, not for special occasions. Save yourself the embarrassment and go to another shop that won't do such a Mickey Mouse job. Birthday cake is from. It's Jasmine Macchiato flavor. It has Jasmine Tea Jelly inside, and the Sea Salt Cream Cheese Foam on the top of the cake. Highly recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
