This was an incredibly disappointing experience and I will definitely not be returning. The restaurant has several major issues: Unpleasant Odor & Cleanliness: The moment you walk in, there is a very bad and unacceptable smell. It is completely unappetizing for a food establishment. Terrible Atmosphere: It is extremely hot and suffocating inside. The ventilation or AC is either non-existent or not working at all. No Seating Space: There is absolutely nowhere to sit down and enjoy a meal comfortably. The space is poorly managed. Misleading Offers: This is the worst part—the offers and deals they advertise online are completely different from what is actually available at the branch. It feels like false advertising.

Visited Sammy's Burgers for the first time, drawn in by their 50% off offer. We ordered the Classic Burger, the Melted Burger — both triple — and two Sammy's Fries (smash fries), which came out to around 450 EGP with the discount. The food was decent, but honestly not worth the full 900 EGP price without the deal. The biggest downside was the wait — nearly an hour just to get our food, which was frustrating. Overall, it was an okay experience, saved mostly by the offer. 6.5/10 — won't be coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: E£200–400

I visited Sammy’s Smash Burger with some friends, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Our first impression was that the place is very small and cramped. The cleanliness was average, and there was no proper ventilation inside. The outdoor seating area was also limited and not sufficient. We received our smash burgers after about 20 minutes. The burger itself was not good — the edges were burnt, while the middle was undercooked. It was served hot, but the bun was fresh and very good. The cheese fries were tasty and served hot as well, but the cheese sauce was too thin and lacked richness.
