Staff vary from friendly to closed off. We get pizza and such here semi regularly, more than we should, and while service is usually all over the place as it's very busy today was a joke. Went in for a cheese pizza and ice cream. Ice cream is out, again, happens a lot I guess. Out or broken, unclear which. Cashier doesn't *appear* to get my name but we move on and we wait for our pizza. Another woman working behind the counter prepping food calls out a name sometime later. I assume she got my name wrong so I step up to ask. I wait and try to snag her at a time she isn't directly helping someone but she just ignores me. I decide to wait longer. No issue yet. She disappears and another girl comes up and asks me what I need and I say "I think the other girl said my name wrong" and specified part of my order. She hands me a pizza and I head out. I get home, realize it's the entirely wrong pizza and go back. When I tell the nice gentleman I have the wrong pizza he goes and talks to the woman who disappeared. She gives me constant side eye and starts mocking me to her peer while I'm standing right there. The gentleman points and goes to laugh but stops himself and hands me the correct pizza which is now hard and cold. I just leave with the now aged "correct" pizza while employees mock me for their laziness. There was no communication or order verification, the woman who called the name so softly while not facing out of the shop, it was impossible to hear and nobody else reacted. I did not appreciate being made fun of over a pizza they just needed more time on. It's not my fault they didn't communicate or speak up to make sure people got what they ordered. I never expect five star service, but making fun of people you failed to serve is hurtful and wrong. Especially in the customers face.
