Charging for ketchup at a restaurant that calls itself fine dining is unbelievable. It’s not about the money—it’s about the principle. When I asked why, the answer was, “It’s on the menu.” Seriously? We ordered dishes like French fries and chicken Milanese, where ketchup is a standard accompaniment. This felt like nickel-and-diming customers rather than delivering a genuine fine dining experience. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First , they seated us 10 minutes earlier than our reservation time, which is definitely a point in their favor. Secondly, the place was extremely crowded, the tables were too close to each other, and the music was very, very loud. Thirdly, after ordering, the main courses arrived before the appetizers, which is unusual and shouldn’t normally happen. My request to change the table was ignored by three different waiters, and I honestly don’t know why, especially since other tables became available later. The food was delicious and the service itself was good, but because of how crowded the restaurant was, the waiters didn’t seem able to act with their usual friendliness and attentiveness. I will not repeat this experience again, as I can find similar food elsewhere with a much more refined level of service and hospitality Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Celebrated my birthday at San Carlo Cicchetti Riyadh! I had a lovely time with my sister :) we came in early and we were lucky enough to be accommodated right away. Great ambience and amazing food! The team was so attentive and kind that we have enjoyed our experience even more. Thanks to Alessio and Kim for their warm hospitality and friendliness!
