Beautiful Motel, with stunning and clean renovations. Located a convenient 2 minute walk from the beach, and 2 minutes from "downtown, I would definitely stay again. The staff were lovely, kind, and welcoming. The chef's dinner was exquisite. The patio, fire, and sauna are added benefits. The patio looks onto sunset, which is a nice way to end the evening. Would definitely stay again, and can't wait to go back. Service: 5

I would like to commend Amanda (general manager) and Carey (Sandbar chef) for our amazing stay at this motel! The service and food was unparalleled. The room we stayed at was very clean and the features I loved most are as follows: - Keyless room entry (they have wristbands) - Neutral colour palette and Shiplap wall interiors - white oak-framed details - Freestanding washroom tub - Onsite spa & sauna - Cozy Rooftop deck with fireplace - Continental breakfast included with the stay. Would recommend this place for your summer weekend trip! Service: 5

We had an incredible stay at the Beach Motel. We have only ever been to Southampton in the summer, but decided to come for a winter weekend getaway and are so glad we did! Arrival: We instantly felt welcomed by Amanda who greeted us by name and had a little beverage ready which was a kind gesture of hospitality. Property: The boutique motel is beautifully styled with notable attention to detail in every corner of the rooms and common spaces... the photos barely do the place justice! We didn't get the chance to book a treatment at the Spahh, but having a spa and sauna onsite a nice touch. Rooms: The rooms and bathrooms are stylishly upgraded and the bed was Stupidly comfortable. We also appreciated the luxe bathrobes and little touches of hospitality (like two umbrellas left for us... we forgot to bring one!). Location: Very conveniently located; steps from the beach and the main street. This location is ideal for the summer as you can just walk to the beach or restaurants without having to fight for parking with the summer crowds. Restaurant: We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast was included with our stay. We had a delicious parfait with homemade fruit compote and house baked granola. We will have to come back to try the brunch / tapas menu. Tracy was so attentive, artfully making sure we didn't need anything while also leaving us to enjoy our restful time in peace. Thank you for a lovely stay! We feel so rested and relaxed after a much needed winter reset. Service: 5
