Good afternoon and thank you for the feedback. We sincerely appreciate it so we can learn from our customers to see how we can improve our services. We will retrain the staff that The Beach Club is available again, (they were closed for several months). We do offer/sell sodas at the Front Desk, again, we will train our staff to share this with our guests. We are in the process of making arrangements to repair the hot tub. Thank you again.
