The staff is just rude imo, they didn't even try to accommodate us properly and when we rented the Karaoke we got scolded for trying to put 5 songs into the machine when they didn't even explain that it's broken and it shutdown once we put 2 and above more song. They could have told us respectfully instead of scolding us like it's our fault.

Dinalyn Reñon, thank you for sharing your honest review. I am disappointed to hear about your experience. I was considering this resort for a large event I am organising, but if they treat guests differently, especially those who are careful with their budget, then I cannot support them. Many of my attendees will be parents and children from less privileged backgrounds as part of my charity work, and they deserve to feel welcome. Thank you again for being open about your experience.

Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. This is not a hate review, but rather an honest account of what we went through and how it negatively impacted what was supposed to be an enjoyable day. To provide context, we originally planned to swim at Hiwakloy Spring River, a clean and public spot we frequently visit. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change plans and decided to check in at this resort instead. We were only five people, mostly students, and this was just a spontaneous hangout. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unwelcoming receptionist who seemed uninterested in assisting us. Verbatim conversation: Receptionist: Ilan kayo? Us: 5 adults po. Receptionist: Anong cottage? Us: Yung pinakamura po. Receptionist: Bakit? Us: (We explained that this was a sudden plan and we weren’t looking to spend much.) Receptionist: Ano connect? This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. What made it worse was overhearing her on the radio saying, "Idala mo ang mga ito dun sa pinakadulo at maliit na cottage kasi yun lang ang kaya nila." This was not only rude but also offensive. To the management: Please train your staff to be more accommodating and respectful, regardless of the guest’s budget. Every visitor, regardless of how much they spend, contributes to your business. Be grateful that people still choose to visit your resort despite experiences like this. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously, as I am certain we are not the only ones who have encountered such poor service at your reception.
