I made an order online and there is missing order but they did not give it to me ( missing is the Halo-halo). Can't contact them because they didn't provide me contact number. And the preparation is not good. As if I bought the food from somewhere only.

Im a regular customer here but this time i cant take it anymore. Them rice was not good its different color turning look yellow them chicken was so dry and looks so old . The place have flies inside and the employees not clean some employee go to bathroom and don’t clean them hand after they use bathroom some employee do cigarettes outside the door but they dont clean them hand after , they keep serving them customers like that. please I advise to the management change the employee or do good system not like this . This is really so bad . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are a regular customer in sarap inasal but this day we visit and the girl on duty there is rude, we said wait because we still choosing food, she left after that i call her and instead of smile she said "hay salamat" because we call her to tell her our order, like she is complaining because she wait for our order this is the first time to experience that kind of service in your store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
