There is a new kid working there and I think he is one of the best people in the entire food court! Very kind and professional....he shared with me that Sarku has new branch owners and changed the way they are doing things, for example they now make fresh sauce in house. He is always smiling, offering add ons and reminds me about my punch card every visit. I have worked customer service 13years and I am very often not given the service I am trained to give others....this kid have me a lot of hope and makes my lunch breaks better. I would also like to say I have worked in this mall for 8+ years and I know on a personal level how high the volume and demanding working here can be.... I have ALWAYS received adequate guest service here...but not like this. Thank you Jesus for the excellent guest service, don't let our mall suck the life outta ya! -Salazar To the older gentleman with the beard.... Listen the food was completely nasty. No type of seasoning or anything outside of the sauce. Just super bland. Would advise anyone that loves food. To not try this location. Plus a string of hair was found on my beef(steak) Hate that I ordered food from this location via DoorDash I’m a southerner, so trust me when I say it was bland. Only the sauce stands out. Food: 1
