Sauce Pizza & Wine

Hi Charlene, we’re thrilled you gave Sauce Pizza & Wine a 5-star review. Hope to see you again soon.

Good morning, this sounds really upsetting, especially after getting takeout the way you normally do. Missing items and the pricing confusion on top of that is not the kind of consistency you should be dealing with. We’re sorry for the mix-ups, we are in the middle of changing menu pricing for many items. We currently don't have the smaller menus for our registers and kept the old ones due to guests having a hard time reading the bigger menu board. We went ahead and removed them so that there wouldn't be anymore confusion on this matter. Again we apologize about this incident, and thank you for bringing this to my attention. We will be discussing this with our staff. Warm regards,General Manager

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced when picking up your order. Unfortunately, on that day we were operating with only one server who was assisting both dine-in guests and pick up orders, which created longer wait times than we would like. We understand how frustrating it is to wait 15-20 minutes for a pick up order, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While we currently do not have a dedicated pick up station, we're always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and will take your comments into consideration as we evaluate our service process. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve. Warm regards, General Manager
