Lovely owner and delicious food! I’ve been a few times and have had a great experience every time. It’s so hard to find an Indian place that will take dairy-free seriously, but this place is very safe for those with allergies and has delicious vegan options! You will not be poisoned with secret ghee here! I highly appreciate that the naan is made-to-order, it’s so fresh and warm! It can be made vegan as well. The only complaint that I have, is that I wish there was a chai or lassi option for vegans! Having a soy, oat, etc. milk chai would really perfect the experience, since I would love to try one of their homemade drinks. Regardless, I will be back for the delicious food! Also— very much appreciate that they are open late and super affordable. Vegetarian options: Many vegan and vegetarian options, all the sauces are vegan so the combinations are plentiful Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating and knowledgeable about what is in their food. I’ve been visiting Denver for 6 weeks and I thought this city had no redeeming features and then I found Saucy Bombay. Now I’m making plans to move next door so I can enjoy this food and atmosphere everyday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
