We are sorry you felt unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points. You did not dine in the restaurant or sit at a table. A lady came in and ordered one curry and rice takeaway while you stayed briefly at the entrance. During that time, you mentioned your partner had cut her finger, and I offered you a band-aid/tape to help. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly became aggressive and hostile. You repeatedly demanded disinfectant spray, despite not being a customer dining in the restaurant. Of course, we do have first aid supplies on site for staff and emergencies, and we would have been happy to assist further if the situation had remained respectful. Instead, you chose to leave immediately and go across the road. We found your behaviour unfair and unnecessarily confrontational. We always try to help people kindly and respectfully and expect the same treatment in return. Thanks

Hi Eve We sincerely apologise again for the long wait and the experience you had during your visit. Unfortunately, one of our gas cooker pilots stopped working that evening, which meant our kitchen team had to manage service using only two working burners. This caused significant delays throughout the restaurant, especially on an already very busy Saturday night. While this explains the delay, we understand it does not excuse the frustration caused. We also appreciate your kind comment about the young waiter. He is still learning and was doing his best in a very difficult service situation. We noticed that two reviews were left at the same time regarding this visit. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand your experience and discuss this properly. Also you mentioned at least you expected free drink!
