I discovered Sbracio at Taste of Roma festival and decided to go for the full experience. Quality of the food is extremely good, the steaks are among some of the best in the city and I cannot wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. Great service and atmosphere too. Nice to see restaurants of this quality in this part of town finally! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The server spoke almost no English, yet somehow took better care of us than many restaurants where everyone speaks fluent English. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. As for the steak, we ordered it rare, and in my opinion it was absolutely perfect. The kind of steak that makes you wonder why anyone would cook it longer. Unfortunately, my wife looked at it and saw a veterinary emergency, so we asked the chef to cook it a bit more. No complaints—the staff happily accommodated us. But trust me, if you’re comfortable with rare steak, leave it exactly as it comes. Your taste buds will thank you, even if your spouse doesn’t. Hi John! Thank you so much for this amazing (and hilarious) review! We literally burst out laughing at the "veterinary emergency" joke—please give our best regards to your wife! We are so glad that you appreciated our cooking philosophy. You nailed it: when the meat is high quality and aged properly, rare is the way to go.
