Their twin lobster set package is the most cost efficient from all of the area while keeping the quality of taste. They have a simple, cute, clean outdoor space to enjoy your food. Solid clams, corn, and other sides. That's all we needed!

We stopped here for lunch after reading reviews from the area, and we were not disappointed. We had the lobster roll, clam chowder, and shrimp. Everything was wonderful. Althea at the counter was great and was fantastic with my daughter. My only notes are they don't have high chairs and the hours are a little weird. We tried coming one evening at 5 and the writing on the wall out front said they have closed, which didn't match their hours online. My guess is they close if things are slow!

If you're on a Maine foodie tour and looking for a delicious lobster roll, steamers, stuffies, or cooked lobster, Scarborough Fish & Lobster is a must. This is a glorified lobster shack on the way to Portland- where you order inside at the counter, take a seat and wait, or dine outdoors on the BYOB patio. You can see the lobsters in the tubs, and the plates have directions and pictures for how to disassemble and eat a lobster. We were grateful for those directions. This spot is family-owned, and the owners and employees put a lot of love into what they do, especially with mementos on the walls and even a visitor guestbook you can sign. If you're local, you can also purchase fish to take home and cook yourself. My husband and I sampled a lobster roll, steamers, and a whole lobster. We shared so we could try a few different things and also stop at other "shacks". The Maine lobster roll is served cold, with light mayo that doesn't drown the taste of the meat. It was absolutely delicious, and I'd return on a future visit or recommend Scarborough Lobster.
