Thank you for taking the time to post this. You were on your mobile chatting away the entire time you were in the shop. The team didn't want to interrupt your call so were waiting for you to finish the call before asking what you wanted. One of the team was physically waiting for you, but the call continued, until you eventually walked out of the shop, still chatting away on the call. We try to not be rude and interrupt people's phone calls, but clearly in this case, being polite has backfired. Honestly, without sounding rude, if you'd have not been on the phone mid conversation, we would have served you straight away. Never mind. We can't please everybody, however we do really try. Sorry it didn't work for you today.
