I tried the iced coconut latte and it was so good! The customer service was excellent as well. Anil was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great coffee, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Second Cup in Waterloo and had a great experience! The owners were there personally and took the time to make sure we were happy with our drinks, which made the visit feel very welcoming and special. We tried the Strawberry Iced Matcha, Coconut Iced Latte, Iced Vanilla Bean Latte, and a smoothie - all of them were delicious, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. It's refreshing to finally have a café in Waterloo that offers such great quality and variety. I was also happy to see that they have protein-packed and sugar-free options, making it easy to find something that fits different preferences and dietary needs. Great drinks, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Second Cup Café in Waterloo and genuinely enjoyed my Latte, Protein Drink, and Smoothie — everything tasted fresh and perfectly made. The place felt warm and relaxing, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming that it made my visit even better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Parking space: Plenty of parking
