This is very disappointing. I stopped in today and ordered 4 Pizzas- 2 beef&onion, 1 cheese&garlic and 1 Hawaiian. After I had ordered, the guy that took my order said to give him 10mins to process my order. Tell me why he left the premises for 20mins and came back and said to give him another 5mins after apologising. There was also another guy there who I thought was handling my order since the other guy left. I finally received my order after waiting for almost 40mins and I was the only customer there from the time I had entered the store. I would’ve just let it slide but once I checked the pizzas must I say they were mediocre at best because they barely had any toppings let alone cheese!! Just sauce to disguise the lack of toppings and overly cooked as well. First time trying them out and will definitely be the last! Should run your business with integrity. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Autumn, We are really sorry to hear about your experience. You waiting almost 40 minutes, especially when you were the only customer in store ,is not acceptable and we sincerely apologise for delay and confusion. We also take your comments about the toppings and quality very seriously. Our goal is always to serve generously topped ,fresh pizzas ,and it’s concerning to hear they were overcooked and lacking toppings. That is definitely not the standard we aim . We would really like the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to Contact us directly at 096290800 for to discuss. We value your feedback and hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide the quality and best customer service.
