Many courses with starters then 2nd before main course for set menu. 18 seater restaurant when full can be long dinner 2.5hrs. Nice cold soup, parma ham with horseradish then pasta dishes and local venison. Paccheri ragu was very spicy. Tasty tiramisu or panna cotta or avacado ice cream as dessert. Good value for set although main was small with 2 veg. Single chef and serving staff worked hard n nonstop. Wine by glass more worthwhile vs bottle. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food itself was poor. My main course was simply a meatball, which felt completely out of place and a scam. According to Tabelog and other review sites, this restaurant serves an 8-course menu, but I was only given 6 courses. None of the other reviews show guests eating a meatball for their main course. When I politely mentioned my disappointment, the chef rushed me to finish and never brought the missing dishes. It is fraudulent. Service was also extremely slow. I waited 45 minutes for a cold soup as the first dish. A trattoria is supposed to be quick. To make matters worse, a baby was jumping up and down on the seats the entire time, which was noisy and distracting. The experience fell far short of what I expected. Definitely not worth a repeat visit and one of the worst meals I have had in Japan. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First visit to Semina, which is highly rated on Tabelog. This is a course menu available at a reasonable price. It's a pity that you can't order a la carte. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
