DO NOT GET THEIR TAKEAWAY. They use thin paper bowls to pack soup. Absolutely baffled. All the boxes completely disintegrated. It was so disgusting when we opened it. Sure, the delivery man might have shaken it about more than expected, but I don't believe a plastic bowl would've MELTED like their paper ones. Small business who want to cut costs are understandable, but this is not how you do it. Also, whatever is left of the pho was not great, maybe because it was half melted paper at that point. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Dear Nicole Zhang,We are so sorry for your experience you had for Uber Eats order. We have delivery many order for Pho (noodle soup) since the day open, likely thousand order but it never happened. We carefully packed the bowl with one more seal cover to keep it stable. After we read your friend'd review, we try to ask Uber Eats to contact you however they didn't get any response from you. Also Uber has confirm when we handle order to driver it was carefully packed. Your order might be dropped by accident when driver was on the wayI'd really like to make this right. Please contact us via email info.senvietnam@gmail.comI hope you’ll give us another chance so we can show the proper Sen you were expecting.Warm regards,Sen team

A hidden gem in Surrey quays. If you love Vietnamese cuisine, this is probably one of the best in the area. The staff are polite and attentive, making the whole experience really enjoyable. The pub has a great amount of space, so it never feels cramped, and the food quality is spot on. It’s also in a brilliant location, with a solid selection of great food. Definitely recommend! If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Sen Restaurant is a must-visit. The cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and rich, aromatic dishes make it a standout spot for lovers of Vietnamese food. The highlight of my visit was the chicken pho. The broth was incredibly flavorful—light yet deeply satisfying, with aromatic herbs. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lemon le. The rice noodles were cooked to perfection, soaking up all the delicious flavors. Beyond the pho, the menu offers a great selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes, but if you’re unsure what to order, the chicken pho is a definite winner. Whether you’re looking for comfort food on a chilly day or a nourishing meal, this dish hits the spot. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
