It’s not that I’m a bad person or want to make the owner feel bad, but my recommendation is that he first replace the staff; the waitresses are absolutely awful. Also, they need to stop serving food that’s been sitting around—be careful, that kind of food can make you sick, I swear. To the owner: if you have the chance to replace everyone from the chefs to the servers, do it, and your business will turn around. I will never come back. Price per person: $30–40

I had the pleasure of dining at Senor Pollo, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Peruvian dining experiences I have had. The owners, Carlos and his wife, are an amazing couple who make every customer feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Carlos, my namesake, is an exceptional chef with a true passion for Peruvian cuisine. Every dish is prepared with care, authenticity, and incredible flavor. You can immediately tell that quality and tradition are important to him. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and consistently excellent. Whether you are a longtime fan of Peruvian food or trying it for the first time, you will not be disappointed. The attention to detail, generous portions, and outstanding customer service make this restaurant stand out from the rest. What impressed me most was the warmth and hospitality of Carlos and his wife. They have built more than a restaurant—they have created a place where guests feel like family. I highly recommend Señor Pollo to anyone looking for authentic Peruvian food and a wonderful dining experience. I know this restaurant specializes in chicken but do not miss the opportunity to try their Beef Lomo Saltado. It is fantastic!! Can't compare it to any thing because it is in a class of its own. One of our all time favorite foods.
