The food was great, unfortunately the staff will need customer service training specially the cashier. They only have three salsa bottles that are to be shared with everyone else. The restaurant is very clean, family oriented, its certainly a place I will take my family again but hopefully the staff was only having a bad day today. We placed a to‑go order at the restaurant, and the experience was disappointing. The staff took our order incorrectly and charged us for 2 half‑dozen instead of just 2. This mistake was caught while we were still there, and they corrected it, so we thought everything was fine when we left. However, once we got home, we realized that two tacos we had ordered were missing. We immediately called the restaurant to ask if we could come back and pick up the missing tacos, but they denied that we had ordered them at all. The restaurant was empty at the time, so it’s hard to understand how the order was still wrong or why the mistake couldn’t be acknowledged. Customer service needs improvement, especially when it comes to accepting mistakes and making things right for customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Service: 1
