In my opinion, this place is overrated. The food lacks flavor, and if you don't like sweet things, this place isn't for you; it seems like they cook everything with a ton of sugar. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely horrible customer service at Señor Sushi. We were told our to-go order would take 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 2 hours. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication and accountability from the staff. Nobody bothered to tell us there was a huge delay until after we had already paid. To make matters worse, we watched multiple customers who ordered after us get their food before we did while we were still sitting there waiting with no real updates. At that point it honestly felt like our order had either been forgotten or nobody cared enough to fix the issue. When we finally asked for a refund, one employee kept insisting the food was “already being made,” even after we had already wasted hours waiting and then another 20 minutes just trying to get our money back. Instead of handling the situation professionally, it felt like they were trying to avoid giving us a refund. The only reason this situation was resolved at all was because another employee stepped in and actually treated us with kindness and understanding. If it wasn’t for them, I genuinely don’t think we would have gotten our refund. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience and some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for your review and we sincerely apologize you should’ve been told that there was an extra wait time because of the Mother’s Day crowd. Your money should have be refunded followed by an apology. We understand your frustration and we will address this immediately. Thank you
