This is the last time I am eating at this restaurant inside of this Walmart they have the worst customer service ever. I have never been attended so bad in my life and it’s not the first time I’ve been to the Sergio‘s before and I’ve also got an attended very rudely horrible customer service and I decided to give it a second chance but never again please do yourself a favour and do not eat here I asked for this order of chicharones it came out all burnt. I also did a separate order for somebody else of a Cuban sandwich and it came out extremely cold not worth your money or time. If I could give it a zero star I would it is ridiculous. They need to do something about the staff and the quality of food do not spend your money here. There’s plenty of other options in the area. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Offers a delightful culinary experience that combines traditional flavors with a modern twist. Nestled in a charming location, the ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The restaurant boasts a cozy yet elegant atmosphere with tasteful decor that reflects a blend of contemporary and classic styles. Soft lighting and comfortable seating make it an ideal spot for a relaxing meal. The staff are welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment you walk in. Sergio's menu is a testament to culinary creativity and quality. Each dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Highlights include the succulent steak, perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the seafood pasta, which is rich and flavorful. The appetizers, such as the bruschetta and calamari, set the tone for an exceptional meal. Vegetarian options are also available and equally impressive. The service at Sergio's is top-notch. The waitstaff are knowledgeable about the menu and provide excellent recommendations. They are attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that your needs are met promptly. Special requests and dietary restrictions are handled with care and consideration. While Sergio's is on the pricier side, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience justify the cost.
