Hi Robert, we take your feedback very seriously. We want to inform you about our cutlery. At Served we find hygiene very important and everything goes through a very hot dishwasher. After this, the cutlery is polished. As we can see in your picture this should have been done more thoroughly, we will look into this with our team. In hospitality cutlery gets used a lot, thank you for your understanding. We have restocked immediately with new items. Sometimes during busy moments the service can take a little bit longer but our hard working team of women and men always aim to provide the best service and quality.
